A Legacy of Caring for Little Ones
Minnieland Crèche & Preschool has a proud history rooted in a passion for early childhood care and education. Our journey began with the opening of the crèche on 1 March 1995, followed by the preschool on 1 January 1997.
Founded by Fiona Murray-Smith, a mother of four, Minnieland was established with a vision of creating a school where young children could learn, play and grow in a caring environment. What began as a commitment to supporting families during their children's earliest years has developed into a school with a longstanding place in the local community.
In March 2025, Minnieland celebrated 30 years since the opening of its crèche — an important milestone that reflects decades of memories, childhood milestones and relationships with families.
Our Heritage
Over the years, Minnieland has been part of many children's early learning journeys. Each generation of children has brought its own memories, personalities and achievements, contributing to the school's ongoing story.
