Taking the First Step Towards Your Child's Minnieland Journey
We are delighted that you are considering Minnieland Crèche & Preschool for your little one. We understand how important it is to find the right early learning environment for your child, and we aim to make the enrolment process as clear and straightforward as possible.
We offer exclusive education and care for children from birth to four years, with intentionally small classes and limited spaces available.
How to Enrol
Step 1: Arrange a School Tour
We encourage families to arrange a visit to meet our team, explore our environment and learn more about life at Minnieland.
Step 2: Complete the Enrolment Form
Once you are ready to proceed, request our enrolment form and complete all relevant sections. Both parents or legal guardians must sign the application, where applicable.
Step 3: Prepare the Required Documents
Please ensure that all required supporting documents are submitted with your completed application. Incomplete applications may delay the admission process.
Step 4: Submit Your Application
Email your completed enrolment form and supporting documents to info@minnieland.co.za. Please contact us if you need assistance with any part of the process.
Step 5: Confirm Your Child's Place
Enrolment is subject to the completion of the required documentation and confirmation of availability. Our team will guide you through the next steps, including your child's start date.
Required Documents Checklist
Please prepare the following documents for your child's application:
- Certified copy of the mother's ID.
- Certified copy of the father's ID.
- Child's unabridged birth certificate.
- Child's immunisation card.
- Copy of the medical aid card.
- Clearance letter or testimonial from the previous school, where applicable.
- Latest school fee statement from the previous school, where applicable.
- Proof of payment of the applicable enrolment fee.
- Proof of residence dated within the past three months.
- Most recent school report and previous year-end report, where applicable.
- Completed and signed enrolment form.
- Completed photo and video consent form.
- Any additional documents required for custody arrangements or authorised collection.
Non-South African residents or citizens must also provide a copy of a valid South African residence or work permit.
If your child will be collected by organised transport or another authorised person, please provide the relevant written consent and identification documents.
Before Your Child Starts
To help us care for your child appropriately, please ensure that all medical information, allergies, chronic conditions, medication requirements and emergency contact details are accurately recorded on the enrolment form.
Please also inform us of any additional needs or important information that will help us support your child's well-being.
